Earlier this month, the founder of our first-ever rep agency, Rich-Tomkins Company, turned 101 years old! Stew Tomkins celebrated the incredible milestone birthday in the office of the company he built, reflecting on his life, career, and legacy. We were lucky enough to be there for the big day and to interview Stew for a special project. Bradford White Canada hosted a record number of contractor training events at our Halton Hills, Ontario training facility. We loved seeing so many professionals come out to learn more about our robust product portfolio. From Laars brand commercial and residential products, to Bradford White commercial electric units and AeroTherm® heat pump water heaters, our contractor customers got hands-on training experience from our team of technical experts. Training is essential and we hope to keep the momentum going, thank you for your support!
We’re pleased to announce that Taylor Alberts has stepped into the newly created role of Product Manager, Service Parts and Accessories. This position was formed as a direct response to customer feedback requesting an increased focus in this area. As we continue a period of significant new product launch activity, having a product manager dedicated to this category will improve service levels and help us develop new tools and technologies for an improved, more efficient customer experience.

We’re thrilled to announce we officially launched a social media influencer program with two incredible contractors. Jake Cordero and Leon Garrett are our new Bradford White brand ambassadors. Jake owns Motherflushers Plumbing in southern California and Leon owns Kenco Plumbing and Gas in New Hampshire. We recently brought them out to tour our manufacturing facility and train at iTEC in Middleville, MI to learn more about Bradford White products and our company’s history. Here’s a recap of the trip.
