
As you are likely aware, tariffs have made headlines over the last few days for both being imposed and delayed on several countries. While we do not manufacture any of our products in Mexico, Canada, nor China, tariffs could potentially impact some of the components and raw materials we use in production. We are monitoring the news and world events closely and will communicate any necessary actions if/when they’re warranted. In order to maintain a stable and consistent flow of products, we reserve the right to limit orders received to your normal monthly purchase volume, or as our inventory position and production capacity will allow. Order volume and any pending tariff impacts will dictate if a limit to orders will be necessary.

We’re pleased to share that Michel Sales now represents Heat-flo, in addition to Bradford White Water Heaters, in their upper Midwest territory. Michel Sales is a longtime rep partner and this expansion of their product offering is well deserved.

Last month, Bradford White Canada welcomed six new manufacturer’s representatives to its training facility in Halton Hills for a multi-day training event. The group included reps from Equipco British Columbia (Erik Leite) and Ontario (Nick Nano, Eric Pierce), Points West Marketing in Alberta (Cassandra Genereux, Charlie Glenn) and Jones Goodridge in Manitoba (Leslie Widish). They spent three days learning about the Bradford White story, features and benefits of Bradford White water heaters, regional market information, and sales strategies to target contractors, distributors, engineers, and builders.

The Bradford White Commercial Sales Team is looking for commercial installation photos and needs your help spreading the word. In an effort to update sales and marketing materials, the team is collecting pictures of commercial products, specifically eF and tankless units, from real job sites. If you have any on-hand, please send them to Keith Kuliga at kkuliga@bradfordwhite.com. Also, if you know of contractor customers who work with commercial products, please reach out and ask for photos of their work.

This is a reminder that the 2025 wall calendars featuring our For The Pro® Photo Contest winners are still available for order. Please note inventory is limited so there is a maximum of 25 calendars allotted to each agency location.
