We’re pleased to share that KM Sales is now representing Heat-flo, in addition to Bradford White water heaters, throughout its territory in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and parts of Texas. KM Sales has been a valued rep partner of ours for 13 years and this new opportunity is well deserved.

We’re thrilled to announce the return of our For The Pro® Photo Contest where we ask contractors to pose with their Bradford White installations and submit the photo for a chance to win. This year, the prize is a custom Bradford White Carhartt® backpack. The contest will run from August 4th through October 31st and we’ll once again pick a weekly winner. We’re pleased to announce our ElectriFLEX HD™ (CEHD) now has even more field convertibility and flexibility with the introduction of our 18 kW model in the 6-element configuration and the 36 kW model in the 9-element configuration. These kW and voltage options extend your conversion flexibility by allowing you to stock your desired SKU and convert up or down with ease. Additionally, a new 12.3 kW option is now available for our ElectriFLEX HD™ (CEHD) & ElectriFLEX MD™ (E32) product. By expanding our lowest input offering to 12.3 kW, our heavy and medium duty products are suited to solve even more commercial applications!

We’re pleased to share that our new RE340R and ERE340R 40-gallon upright residential electric water heaters are launching this week. Ahead of the launch, here is the new product data so you can prepare your ordering and receiving systems. Some exciting features of these products include: Vitraglas® lining with Microban®, Hyrdojet® Total Performance System, fully automatic controls, low restrictive brass drain valve, insulation system, and more! Please be aware that the ERE340R is a product offered in certain regions, where required by code or law. We’ll send formal communication soon with all of the marketing materials for the launch as well as order dates.

This is a reminder that we’re updating the Bradford White Warranty Support business hours. Effective August 4, 2025, our Warranty Support team will be available during the following adjusted hours:
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST
Saturday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

We’re committed to delivering world-class after-sales support that meets the evolving needs of our customers. The self-service tools offered in the Warranty Center provide customers access to coverage, registration, and the upgrade status of their water heaters at any time. The quick and convenient support of this resource reduces the need for 24/7 staffing. Additionally, after conducting a thorough analysis of our call data, we found nearly no calls came through between midnight and 6:00 AM. Please note that our Technical Support team will continue to provide 24/7 assistance to ensure critical support remains accessible to customers whenever needed.

We had a strong second quarter for training events and as always, we thank you for consistently hosting and submitting your training sessions on RepConnect®. We place a great deal of value on training our contractor customers and it’s wonderful to see and feel your shared commitment. A special shoutout goes to Signatures Sales Inc, Rich-Tomkins Company, and Michel Sales for entering the most trainings in the second quarter of 2025! We’re pleased to share that we’ve uploaded a new batch of BlueVolt® training courses on both RepConnect® and For The Pro®. The new modules cover a wide range of topics including information on our new AeroTherm® G2 Series, eF Series®, FTP contractor app, and tankless products. We know training is essential and are committed to continuously updating and advancing our online educational resources to help you be successful.

This is a reminder that the eF Series® calculator is available for you and your contractor customers on For The Pro®. This tool allows you to compare the benefits of installing eF Series® water heaters to other conventional water heaters. The calculator can be a helpful resource to boost your commercial sales.

Social media continues to be a critical component of our marketing strategy. Coming off a big push in 2024 to grow our presence, we’re excited to share that our followers and engagement statistics have skyrocketed across all channels. We’ve also elevated the content we’re posting by putting an emphasis on videos (like our biweekly Tech Tips) and creating our first ever social media influencer program. Please continue to follow along and share, we appreciate your support!

Here’s a snapshot of our social media statistics for the first half of 2025 compared to the second half of 2024:

Instagram: Total followers increased 39% and our overall reach increased more than 60%

Facebook: Total reach increased 5,392% and our total likes increased 10%

X: Total followers increased 11%

On July 4, 2025, President Donald Trump signed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) into law. The 870-page bill covers a broad swath of policy initiatives for the current administration from reevaluating federal entitlement programs to workforce development and tax relief. However, as it relates to the HVAC and water heater industries, some of the more interesting developments come with OBBBA’s elimination of energy efficiency tax credits that were revamped by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) when President Joe Biden signed that bill into law nearly three years ago.
