We’re a few weeks away from the launch of our new AeroTherm® G2 hybrid electric heat pump water heaters and to help you prepare, the Bradford White team will be hosting two virtual rep training sessions. These webinars will arm you with the information you’ll need to successfully support this new product, and ultimately your customers. The training sessions will be an hour long and will cover new product features and details regarding the launch timeline. You’ll also be able to ask the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams questions. We’re pleased to share that KM Sales is now representing Heat-flo, in addition to Bradford White water heaters, throughout its territory in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and parts of Texas. We’re thrilled to announce the return of our For The Pro® Photo Contest where we ask contractors to pose with their Bradford White installations and submit the photo for a chance to win. This year, the prize is a custom Bradford White Carhartt® backpack. The contest will run from August 4th through October 31st and we’ll once again pick a weekly winner. This is a reminder that we’re updating the Bradford White Warranty Support business hours. Effective August 4, 2025, our Warranty Support team will be available during the following adjusted hours:
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM EST
Saturday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
We’re committed to delivering world-class after-sales support that meets the evolving needs of our customers. The self-service tools offered in the Warranty Center provide customers access to coverage, registration, and the upgrade status of their water heaters at any time. The quick and convenient support of this resource reduces the need for 24/7 staffing. Additionally, after conducting a thorough analysis of our call data, we found nearly no calls came through between midnight and 6:00 AM. Please note that our Technical Support team will continue to provide 24/7 assistance to ensure critical support remains accessible to customers whenever needed.

We had a strong second quarter for training events and as always, we thank you for consistently hosting and submitting your training sessions on RepConnect®. We place a great deal of value on training our contractor customers and it’s wonderful to see and feel your shared commitment. We’re pleased to share that we’ve uploaded a new batch of BlueVolt® training courses on both RepConnect® and For The Pro®. The new modules cover a wide range of topics including information on our new AeroTherm® G2 Series, eF Series®, FTP contractor app, and tankless products. We know training is essential and are committed to continuously updating and advancing our online educational resources to help you be successful.

This is a reminder that the eF Series® calculator is available for you and your contractor customers on For The Pro®. This tool allows you to compare the benefits of installing eF Series® water heaters to other conventional water heaters. The calculator can be a helpful resource to boost your commercial sales.

Social media continues to be a critical component of our marketing strategy. Coming off a big push in 2024 to grow our presence, we’re excited to share that our followers and engagement statistics have skyrocketed across all channels. We’ve also elevated the content we’re posting by putting an emphasis on videos (like our biweekly Tech Tips) and creating our first ever social media influencer program.
