We’re about one month away from launching our new AeroTherm® G2 hybrid electric heat pump water heater series! We’re thrilled to soon be able to offer our customers our most efficient water heater yet and are asking for your help to build excitement across the market. In support of the upcoming launch, we’ve created a social media toolkit with graphics and a video you can use on your social media platforms to promote the new product. This content should only be used for the next few weeks as they have language such as ‘coming soon’. We will provide you with a new toolkit containing graphics that can be used post-launch. As the countdown continues to the launch of the AeroTherm® G2 hybrid electric heat pump water heaters, the Bradford White team will be hosting multiple virtual rep training sessions to prepare you with the information you’ll need to successfully support this new product, and ultimately your customers. The training sessions will be an hour long and will cover new product features and details regarding the launch timeline. You’ll also be able to ask the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams questions.

We’re excited to announce that Mayura Patel was recently promoted to the role of Sales Operations Manager – Pricing and Rebates. In this new role, May will manage all water heater pricing, as well as maintain her current oversight of rebates for our wholesalers, buying groups, builders, and contractors. May started her career at Bradford White ten years ago in the Order Entry department and has since worked with many other teams. She will use her decade-worth of experience, deep understanding of our customer base, and longstanding customer and industry relationships to implement new pricing strategies that will streamline the submission process and ultimately, elevate your experience. May will focus on approving and entering quote submissions efficiently and in a timely fashion. To achieve this goal, there will be a new quote request mailbox coming soon. This inbox will be monitored in real time by May and her teammates to ensure quotes are processed in a timely manner.

Since taking office earlier this year, the Trump Administration has not been shy about his disdain for some federal appliance energy efficiency incentives and programs, as well as how they would like to reduce or eliminate them altogether. With the United States House of Representatives approving the Big Beautiful Bill Act (BBBA), one key residential appliance tax incentive that was previously approved as part of the federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) is one step closer to elimination at the end of this year.
