We’re pleased to share that G&S Sales now represents Heat-flo, in addition to Bradford White Water Heaters, in Utah and part of Idaho. Preferred Sales Inc. is now representing Electro Industries in Ohio. Both agencies have been our rep partners for nearly three decades and we’re proud to help expand their portfolios.

“It’s been exciting to award new lines, and the technologies that go with them, to the right rep partners to better position Bradford White and our manufacturers’ representatives for future growth,” said Greg Eynon, Senior Vice President of Business Operations. “The selective combination of these technologies is well suited for reps that have the capability to provide more complete systems solutions. This is just the beginning!”

Did you know that in 44 of the 50 U.S. states there are more commercial electric water heaters sold, shipped, and installed than commercial gas tanks? (Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Wisconsin and California are the six outliers). In total there are more than 60% more commercial electric tanks sold than commercial gas units. Another fun fact: Nearly 25% of commercial electric tanks that are sold, shipped, and installed are less than 30 gallons. These are simple, shelf-item water heaters installed in every market that may not involve a custom element change. If they do require the element change, the conversion process is easy, just make sure you and your customers understand the process. This is an easy way to grow your commercial sales! Ask your Regional Sales Manager for market and model information for recommended stock for your customers.

We’re excited to share our Infiniti® GS and GR tankless water heaters now have a new label. We redesigned the labels based on customer feedback and to more effectively display the Bradford White Water Heaters brand to the tankless market. The design is consistent with the label on our tank-type water heaters and we’re confident the alignment will increase brand visibility for potential customers. Keep an eye out for the new look!

Last month our team traveled to Orlando, FL for the 2025 AHR Expo. The show was wildly successful, and it was the first time the entire Bradford White Corporation family of companies was set up in one booth. We loved uniting our expanding portfolio of companies and showcasing our latest products and innovations to our valued customers as well as connecting with new people. Over the last few weeks, you’ve likely heard or seen water heaters mentioned in the news more than ever before. There are a number of fluid regulatory matters making headlines that could impact both tankless and commercial water heating solutions. Congress is reviewing one U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) regulation that deals with efficiency standards for tankless water heaters, and another regulation that could impact commercial water heaters is under legal review. The rulings are independent of one another. While the outcome of these reviews may not be resolved for weeks, if not longer, we wanted to provide an update on what we know now.

Signed into law by President Jimmy Carter in 1975, the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) has been a cornerstone for the federal government in setting energy policy for the past half-century. The law was the United States’ response to the 1973 oil crisis that saw energy supplies become largely unavailable, causing prices to soar for American consumers and businesses.
