A Commitment to Commercial: We’re Turning Up the Heat in 2025!
The momentum behind the Bradford White Commercial Sales Team continues in 2025! As many of you know, we added new leaders and members to the Commercial Sales Team last year as part of our push to help drive the company’s commercial sales initiatives. Patrick Aquino, Senior Director of Commercial Sales, strategically organized his group and focus into three key business pillars: Basis of Design/Specification, National Accounts, and Mechanical Solutions. Please reference this graphic to learn more about the senior managers spearheading each of these pillars and their responsibilities.

Lauren Berenato, Michelle Schlegel and Cheryl Wagner, the senior managers of the team, were all perfect fits for our company culture and while they have not been with us for that long, their family oriented morals and warmth make it feel as though they’ve been with Bradford White forever. They’ve loved getting to know you, our valued Reps, as well as our other customers and feel energized heading into the new year. There is so much to accomplish and the team is ready to make significant progress in the commercial water heating space with the goal of continuing to drive commercial specs and gain basis of design.
Keith Kuliga is also a key player on the team. Keith’s role is Mechanical Sales Support East where he works closely with you, our Reps, to help with training, troubleshooting, sizing and assisting building out systems in mechanical rooms. He reports to Cheryl, supporting the Mechanical Solutions pillar. Keith’s been with Bradford White for 13 years now and his knowledge of our commercial products is second to none. He transitioned into his current role from our Products Department where he was the Commercial Products Manager. His insight and extensive product experience is invaluable to our team and to contributing to your success.
Michael Skiffington, Inside Sales Representative, is another vital member of the team. He reports to Patrick who describes him as, “the eyes and ears of the team.” Michael’s vast industry experience and expertise in data software programs like ConstructConnect, Spek Link and ATS makes him instrumental in guiding business decisions. He may be a ‘behind the scenes’ player, but you’ll certainly get to know him more and see his work on display as he collaborates with Lauren on specification initiatives.
In case you missed it, here is a video of Patrick outlining the structure, goals and commitment of his team. It’s an exciting time for the Bradford White Commercial Sales Team and we look forward to another year of strides and success in the commercial space and continuing to meet the needs of our valued customers.
