Bradford White Distribution & Supply Chain Update
It has been the goal of the Bradford White Supply Chain team to promote consistency and confidence throughout our extended enterprise. When we’re doing our job well, we’re able to be opportunistic in the pursuit of sales without sacrificing customer service. To that end, we’re proud to have implemented and stabilized our nationwide distribution network. This was truly a team effort and would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and Order Management Teams.
Since 2019, Bradford White has opened five (5) regional distribution centers to complement the distribution operations already in place. Altogether, our distribution network accounts for nearly 1.5 million square feet of warehousing space, capable of storing 28 days’ worth of supply on our moderate to high volume models.

This expanded capability supports our effort to deliver product on time and at the promised lead time with greater consistency than ever before. We’re confident that this network, along with the processes and organization to support it, will help us better manage the variability in our business over the long term.
Again, this was an all hands on deck effort. Special shoutout goes to Ben Shinn who’s responsible for distribution in the West and Southeast, Christine Bakker who’s responsible for distribution in the Midwest and Northeast, and Brent Richardson who’s responsible for distribution in Canada.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we grew through the challenges related to launching these operations!
