New Commercial Buy Program Update
After several weeks of customer discussions and weighing your feedback on our new Commercial Buy Program, we have identified the following pieces of the program that will be modified due to competitive circumstances. These changes will be reflected in the new price book.
Orders Placed at Published Lead Time:
Commercial heaters will ship prepaid, full freight allowed with no handling charges. Standard commercial multipliers apply.
Emergency Orders Requested Inside Lead Time:
1-4 units – Shipped prepaid, full freight allowed, plus $100 per unit handling charge. The per unit handling charge is for factory, forward distribution center, or emergency rep warehouse orders. There is no handling charge for warehouse pick-up. Standard commercial multipliers apply.
5+ units – Shipped prepaid, full freight allowed with no handling charges. Standard commercial multipliers apply.
