Customer Service Personnel Update

We’re pleased to announce that Ryan McAndrews, Senior Manager – Customer Service and Order Management, joined the BWC Marketing team as the new Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager on March 10, 2025. This is not only a new role for Ryan, but for the Marketing Department as well and the team is excited to have him on board. We know many of you worked with Ryan directly over the years and we can assure you you’re in good hands with his successor, Ashley Harrigan.

Ryan is committed to a seamless transition and training Ashely thoroughly before stepping into his new role. Ashley started her Bradford White career in 2020 as a founding member of our Consumer Service Team. She played an integral role in creating the foundation for how Bradford White manages end-user relationships. Ashley helped create protocols and set the standard that we provide end-user customers with the same world-class service we offer our contractor and wholesaler customers. Ashley’s prior work experience, as well as her empathetic and customer-centric personality, made her the ideal candidate to spearhead the formation of this team, and ultimately lead it.

Ashley was promoted to her new role because of her outstanding work ethic, dedication to Bradford White and our customers, strong customer service experience, company knowledge and growing network of industry contacts. We know she will build upon the strong foundation created by Ryan and will continue to elevate the Bradford White customer experience.

You’ll still have the opportunity to work with Ryan in his new role as the Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager, specifically when it comes to future product launches.
